Apprenticeship Scheme (6 - 18 Months)

Our structured apprenticeship programme combines:

• Practical Training – four days a week on live jobs with McKenzie Plastering & Decorating Service.

• College Learning – one day a week studying towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification.

• Mentor Support – monthly reviews to track progress and build confidence.

We work closely with MidKent College and other training providers to ensure apprentices gain both practical and academic qualifications.

Mentoring & Coaching for Women in Trade

Breaking into construction as a woman can feel daunting – but we’re here to change that.

Our mentoring programme provides:
